Refer a Friend

*To qualify for the referral bonus, your referred friend must move into any of the Marina Harbor phases. Boaters will only receive a credit for referring someone to rent an apartment, not a boat slip. Your friend must mention your name on their first initial tour as well as their application. They must sign a lease with a minimum of a 12-month term. Offer not applicable if adding a roommate to an already occupied apartment. Must be a new resident, no transfers. No limit on the number of referrals. Rent credit will be applied to the resident's ledger 30 days after the referred moves in. Offer subject to end without notice.
